• HOW TO ORDER BY CREDIT OR CHARGE CARD

  Here is how to order by credit or charge card using Paypal.

You can use "Express Checkout" if you already have a Paypal account. Or you can create a customer profile first if you do not have a Paypal account.

EXPRESS CHECKOUT (IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT)

1. You can find Lelakionline.com products here - http://lelakionline.com/Mens-Health-Products.html . To place an order online, click on the "Please Click To Purchase The Item" link for a particular product.

2. New page will appear. At the bottom of the page, Enter the quantity you would like to order and click on the "add to cart" button.

3. Then you can choose to continue shopping by clicking the "back to shopping" button. Or you can checkout by clicking the "Checkout with Paypal" button (Gold Color button). You can also check the estimated shipping fee by clicking the "estimate shipping" button.

4. You will be forwarded to Paypal Secure Payment System. Login to your Paypal account and review the order. Then click "Continue" button".

5. "Payment Information" page will appear. Then click the "continue checkout" button.

6. "Order Confirmation" page will appear. Verify your order information again and click the "confirm the order" button.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT)

4. After clicking the "go to checkout" button, click the "Sign Up" button to create a customer profile. If you are returning customer, you can Login to your account.

5. Fill-up your details and press the "submit" button.

6. "Delivery Information" page will appear. Check your delivery address to make sure that it is correct. Then click the "continue checkout" button.

7. "Payment Information" page will appear. It will list the total amount including the shipping & handling fee for your order. Then click the "continue checkout" button.

8. "Order Confirmation" page will appear. Verify your order information again and click the "confirm the order" button.

9. You will be forwarded to Paypal Secure Payment System. Enter your credit or debit card information. Then click the "Review Payment" button. Then click the "confirm the order" button.

  For Customers residing in Malaysia, we do have other methods of payment.
  1) Maybank Bank-In into our Bank Account using Maybank Automated Deposit Machine in Malaysia.
  2) Maybank2u.com.my (Online Transaction).

  After making your payment, please SMS the payment details or email the transaction slip (for Maybank2U) to us.

• IMPORT DUTY AND SALES TAXES

You will need to pay the Import Duty and/or Sales Taxes, if any, as determined by your countrie's Customs Authority. You will be contacted by our Shipping Agent should the need arise.

• SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use 2 Express Service Providers to deliver your order:-

1) POSLAJU (Malaysia Express Delivery Service)
2) Federal Express (FEDEX).

You can check on the Shipping and Handling rates offered here.

We would ship-out your order the next business day from the day of purchase (subject to product availabity). We would contact you the soonest possible, should the products you are ordering are out of stock. (Note: This rarely happened. It is mainly due to bulk or really large quantity orders). We will directly inform you the estimated period the product would be ready for shipment.

We ship only to legitimate mailing (residential or business) addresses.

We do not ship to P.O. Box or other unofficial addresses.

Please ensure that you provide legitimate mailing address, email address and Telephone Number everytime you place an order with us.

Please also confirm that your contact number and email address are current and reachable (in the Secured Shopping Cart Ordering Screen) in case we do need to contact you regarding your products purchased.

  - 1 To 5 Business Days after shipping (POSLAJU).
  
  2) For Other Countries:-
  - 2 To 10 Business Days for FEDEX.
  - 3 To 18 Business Days for Malaysia Express Delivery Service
  All depending on your geographical locations.
  
  Note:  Shipment to International Destinations sometimes may take longer period due to factor such as Customs Delays.

• REFUND POLICY
  
  All sales are final. No refund will be issued unless the merchandise is damaged upon receiving. As such we encourage you to ask us any question you have first before placing an order. This is to make sure that you know what you are purchasing from us.

For damaged upon arrival merchandise, please send it back in the original condition & packaging that you receive it. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
